This award winning property in Docking, North Norfolk, was the star of the show at the Mayor’s Design Awards in 2018. We won the Single New Build Properties category and also won the overall Gold Award for our work turning this property into a stunning home within a conservation area.

We built this new house to an existing design for a local family. The plot was in set a conservation area and our role included helping the client to comply with the various planning permission conditions, while helping our client to achieve their vision for their home.

Winning awards is always nice, but leaving our client happy in their home is the most important thing we do.
